DOCD Directory

A University of Redlands graduate with a BA in Studio Art, I have been painting since 2004. A mixed media artist, I enjoy working with many materials, including but not limited to acrylic, oil, watercolor, glass, paper, organic materials such as teeth and hair, found items, wire, and more.

My preferred subject is animal bones and skulls. I am particularly interested in the conversion of bones into topographical structures, both of the land and evocative of it from a higher vantage point, blending of naturalistic elements into disparate structures and anatomies, and the language of flowers juxtaposed with spiritual interpretations of animal species across cultures.
