August Creative is a Black- and women-owned, WBE-certified creative media and consulting agency founded by Mychal Handley and Danielle Ruse in 2018. Headquartered in downtown Olympia, Washington, our small but mighty team partners with businesses, nonprofits, and public agencies working to make Washington a better place to live for everyone.
Our services include brand strategy and visual identity design, website design and development, content strategy and messaging, digital campaigns, print and publication design, and ongoing communications support. We bring a collaborative, community-centered approach to every project, combining thoughtful strategy with accessible, inclusive design.
